We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Training Advisers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying prospective participants for our complimentary training event and facilitating the enrollment process, with the opportunity to earn a commission ranging from 10% to 15% of the $5,000 sales value. We are a compact organization, currently comprised of three Mediums, one training adviser, and two administrative staff. We have plans to grow dramatically over the next 2-6 months and geometrically in the subsequent 6-18 months.

 

The Role

Market Insight:

The USA has a burgeoning market for spiritual readings, with an estimated valuation of approximately $2 billion. However, the people in the USA for historical reasons do not have access to the level of training in the UK and the unique methods in Scotland. People with the skill level provided in the UK in the USA stand out and we have had reports of people doubling their income, one woman told us she learnt more in one night than in her previous thirty-five years as a reader. We are one hundred percent focused on the USA market.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Management:

    • Manage and engage with a consistent inflow of leads, now we generate an average of forty leads a month for each person in the role.

  2. Screening:

    • Evaluate potential students to ascertain their fit and genuine interest in our course and joining the Micro Business Franchise Network.

    • Understand their aspirations and requirements related to Mediumship for a tailored outreach.

  3. Outreach and Engagement:

    • Actively invite potential students to a complimentary training session, showcasing our distinctive course content and teaching approach.

  4. Sales Closure:

    • Drive informed and persuasive conversations with potential students, underscoring the value proposition of our training programs.

    • Ensure successful sales completion, delivering a smooth and gratifying enrolment process for the student.

    • We are looking for candidates that can achieve and handle an average of twenty sales a month.

  5. Negotiation:

    • Handle pricing discussions with dexterity, working within the framework of the course's sales value of $5,000.

    • Ensure a win-win outcome, balancing student satisfaction and the company's financial goals.

Support and Training: While the ideal candidate will have robust sales expertise, we offer in-depth training on the specific characteristics of our market and the unique attributes of our training in Mediumship.

If Mediumship is something that interests you, as part of the role it would clearly be an advantage for you to complete the full six-month course.  This is not compulsory, and you would have to be able to handle with no negative impact on your level of sales but this would be provided.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Self-starter with a genuine interest or curiosity in the field of Mediumship.

  • Ability to manage a sales volume of at least twenty courses a month.

  • Eager to learn and adapt to the dynamic nuances of the Mediumship training market.

  • Superior communication skills, adept at establishing meaningful connections with potential students.

  • Able to work from home.  You must have a home office with a computer and good quality HD webcam, ability to install certain pieces of software which we use, good and reliable broadband.

  • We are selling to the USA so either be in a USA time zone or prepared to match the hours of the Eastern Time Zone and adjust to the other three principal time zones when required.

The Course We Provide

We offer an intensive boot camp-style six-month course, comprising 26 training sessions, each lasting 2-3 hours. While there's a syllabus of subjects to cover, the heart of our program is hands-on practice. Much like mastering a musical instrument or a sport, proficiency in mediumship comes from consistent practice and learning through mistakes.

Two core textbooks accompany the course, focusing on cultivating the mental abilities utilized in mediumship rather than mediumship itself. Our approach is to guide students to communicate directly, delivering evidential messages that serve as personal proof of life beyond death from departed loved ones.

Our overarching goal is to prepare students to transition into fee-earning professional mediums. By the course's conclusion, we anticipate students achieving professional status, at which point they are invited to join our Micro Business franchise of mediums. As part of this venture, we equip each medium with a branded website replete with multiple income-generating opportunities. Additionally, being a part of our network guarantees ongoing marketing and SEO support.

Our course is deeply rooted in traditional Scottish spiritualism, a practice that traces its lineage back over two thousand years to the Celts. Marc Stuart has pioneered three distinctive techniques, providing mediums with three Unique Selling Points (USPs):

Pattern Working: This technique equips mediums with the ability to work on stage, delivering rapid-fire, concise messages that span only a few minutes. Furthermore, it provides the capability to control the recipient of a message. Following a stage performance, this method often results in a surge of private bookings.

Rule of Three: Spirits often convey vast amounts of evidence, which many untrained mediums overlook or fail to recognize as such. This approach trains mediums in discerning this evidence and understanding its significance.

Congratulations you have found this page and are ready to apply.  

1. First complete the application form.

2. We will carry out an initial assessment and if we think you are suitable will contact you to arrange a Zoom interview.  There will be at least three of us at that interview.  We want to see you in working mode,  find out everything you need to complete stage the next stage if you are successful in the interview.

3.  We will ask you to role play for the final stage with someone who is a "prospect" and we want to see you engage and convince them to attend our free training session.  We may present you with more than one candidate, each will role play a particular style of prospect. Be warned they will he tough candidates for you to work with, so we refer you back to stage -2-, ensure you have everything you think you will need to be able to do this test.

If you are successful and we offer you a role, we will do so on a provisional basis and monitor you and work with you extremely closely until you can make your first sale and we are convinced you are able to do the role.
